Well I didn't really think I'd be posting anything on here until after the wedding. I mean, that is the big event of the week, BUT little did I know that I was going to have the most awesome memorial day I can remember. Nat was in town this weekend (I know he would like to believe that that is why my memorial day was so awesome) and we met up with him on Sunday night to hang out. We went to Tricia's house and ate leftover brisket that I cooked. It turned out okay. Tasty but a little chewy in some places, but it was my first time cooking brisket so it wasn't a bad attempt. Anyway. We went and got in the hot tub after dinner and then came back to our house and played games. Well, Nat's friend Amy lives in Azel which is a few miles west of Ft. Worth. Her dad has a boat so she said that we could go out on the boat with them the next day if we wanted and go tubing. So of course we said we'd love to.
