Haha! Not really, but I did start a blog site about different craft projects, cooking experiments, home improvements, etc. So far I've done two blogs and have had 20 hits without even promoting it in any way, so I think that's actually not to bad. I'm no Martha Stewart but my hope is that people will appreciate a blog about crafting, cooking, and home decor that encourages them to experiment, have fun, be creative, and not worry about being perfect, but instead to concentrate on creating something that they really love and enjoy because it has meaning to them. Anyway, I thought that y'all might be interested to check it out and see what I've been up too. I have at least two more posts lined out in my mind. I have no marketing sense or perception about presentation online so if y'all have feedback about that, I'd really appreciate it. Here's the link to the blog: http://geekyhomeschoolenglishnerd.blogspot.com/.
P.S. I'm starting an Etsy shop too. Check it out. http://www.etsy.com/shop/SpringPeaches?ref=si_shop
I figured I might as well try to make a little money off doing some things I enjoy. May come to nothing but that is okay. You've got to try before you really know if you'll fail. Plus, I figure with 7 students between two classes this semester with the strong possibility of one class being cancelled, I may have some time on my hands.
